Installation by Platform
Android TV / Firestick
- Enable apps from unknown sources: On Firestick go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps → Downloader → ON. On Android TV, when the installation prompt appears later, tap "Settings" and toggle "Allow from this source". Without this step the APK installation will fail.
- Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore (or Google Play).
- Open Downloader and navigate to

Where do I get my login details? Your
Server URL, Username, and Password (Xtream Codes) or your

How to Connect Your IPTV Subscription
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro
- Select "Login with Xtream Codes API" (recommended, it connects directly to our server and automatically loads your channels, VOD library, series catalog, and full EPG) or "Load Your Playlist or File/URL" for M3U.
- For Xtream Codes: Enter the Server URL (the full address from your email, starting with https://), Username, and Password. They are case-sensitive. Leave port fields blank unless custom ports were provided.
- For M3U URL: Paste your playlist URL and select "Load".
- Tap "Add User", the app will load your channels and VOD content (usually 15-40 seconds).

Live TV
The Live TV section displays your channel list organised by category. You can:
- Press the search icon to find specific channels
- Long-press a channel to add it to favourites
- Press the star icon to view only your favourite channels
- Use the EPG button to see the TV guide for any channel
Movies and Series (VOD)
If your subscription includes VOD content, you'll find it in the "Movies" and "Series" sections. The interface is similar to Premium Streaming (VOD), with:
- Categorised browsing (Action, Comedy, Drama, etc.)
- Search by title
- Content info including synopsis, genre, year, and rating

EPG (Electronic Program Guide)

- Return to Live TV and press the EPG button to see the guide

- Go to Settings → Parental Control
- Set a 4-digit PIN

Troubleshooting Common Issues
"Invalid Credentials" error
Double-check your Xtream Codes details. Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the URL, username, or password. Contact your provider if the issue persists.
Channels not loading
Check your internet connection. Try switching between player types in Settings → Player Settings (try "ExoPlayer" vs "VLC"). If only some channels fail, those specific streams may be down.
App crashes on startup
Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → IPTV Smarters Pro → Clear Cache. If it still crashes, reinstall the app.
No sound on some channels
Go to Settings → Player Settings and try changing the audio decoder. Switching between "Software" and "Hardware" decoding often resolves audio issues.
